Class times and how to join
All classes are live on Zoom. Here is what happens between registering and your first class, followed by the provisional weekly timetable.
How registration works
After you register, a sister from the academy writes to you with the next steps.
Choose your course
Pick the weekly course that suits your level.
Send your registration
Tell the academy your name, the course you chose, your level and when you are usually free.
A sister contacts you
She writes to you about a group and a time, then sends your private Zoom link once your place is confirmed.
Weekly timetable
Times are set in Dakar time (GMT all year) and converted to your timezone below. They are indicative: your group’s time is confirmed along with your place.

Once your place is confirmed
- You receive a confirmation with your course, teacher, group, day and time in your timezone.
- Your private Zoom link and calendar details are sent to you only. They are never published on this website.
- To join a class, open your Zoom link at the agreed time.
Still being confirmed
Class length, term dates, holiday breaks and recording arrangements are being finalized by the academy and will be shared with you when your place is confirmed.
